Insights shows what happens after someone reaches your Reroute page. Use it to understand where attention turns into a useful action, not just to chase a larger view count.
Open Insights for the page you currently have selected.

Read the headline numbers
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Page views | Each time the page is opened, including repeat visits |
| Unique visitors | Individual visitors counted once within the selected view |
| Block clicks | Taps or clicks on the Blocks shown on your page |
| Block clicks per page view | Total Block clicks divided by page views |
| Captures | Responses and subscriptions collected from the page |
One visitor can open a page more than once. That is why page views can be higher than unique visitors.
One page view can also lead to several Block clicks. Because Block clicks per page view divides total clicks by views, the percentage can exceed 100%. It is not the same thing as the percentage of visitors who clicked at least once.
Choose a meaningful date range
The time selector controls the report as a whole.
Free includes Today, Yesterday, and 7 days. Creator adds longer and custom ranges, including 30 days, 90 days, This month, Last month, This year, All time, and Custom dates.
Compare like with like. A single quiet Tuesday is not directly comparable to a full month, and a new page may not have enough activity to support a useful conclusion yet.

Capture the Insights time-range dropdown with Today, Yesterday, and 7 days visible, plus the longer rolling periods, calendar periods, and Custom dates. If possible, show the Free locked state beside the Creator-unlocked state.

Follow the report from attention to action
The main chart helps you see how activity changes over time. The supporting cards explain the route behind those totals.
- Traffic describes where visits came from.
- Engagement shows which page content and capture paths mattered.
- Location groups available country, region, and city information.
- Devices groups available browser, operating-system, and device information.
- Recent visits shows individual visit journeys and their available context.
Read those pieces together. If one campaign creates many visits but few useful clicks, start by checking whether the page’s first Block matches the campaign promise.
Check what actually performed
Look at the Blocks or capture sources responsible for useful outcomes, not just the Blocks that were displayed.
A useful review might ask:
- Which Block received the most meaningful clicks?
- Which source brought visitors who submitted a Form?
- Does the most important action appear early enough on the page?
- Did a recent page change improve or weaken the next step?
Use the answer to change one clear thing in the page editor, then observe the next relevant period.
Understand what Creator adds
Free gets the complete shape of the current Insights report within its available time ranges. Creator adds longer history, custom dates, complete breakdown lists, and the ability to filter the whole report to a chosen audience or outcome.
A locked longer range does not mean the page stopped receiving visits. It means the selected analysis requires Creator.
If the numbers look unexpected
Page views are higher than visitors. Someone can visit more than once.
Clicks per page view is above 100%. A single page view can contain more than one Block click.
The report is empty. Confirm you are looking at the intended page and date range, then open its public link and check again after genuine traffic arrives.
A source is missing or unknown. Some apps and privacy settings do not provide complete referrer information. An incomplete source does not necessarily mean the visit was lost.
