Paid products are in private beta
Paid checkout, Stripe seller onboarding, and the Sales workflow are currently available to invited Sellers. Free Digital Products remain available without a paid-sales invitation.
An Order is the record created when a visitor buys a paid Digital Product. Use Sales to inspect what was purchased, who bought it, and how payment and delivery are progressing.
Know when an Order is created
Paid products create Orders. Free products do not.
| Product type | Where to find its result |
|---|---|
| Free Digital Product | Responses and Contacts |
| Paid Digital Product | Sales |
A free download can still be valuable and can create a Contact when an email is collected. It simply is not a paid Order.
Open the Sales list
Go to Sales to see paid Orders across the pages you own.
Each Order lists the product, buyer email, amount, and payment status. Select the relevant row to open its full detail.
Screenshot to add: Sales list with fictional private-beta orders
Capture the Sales page with 3 fictional orders showing different product names, masked or invented buyer email addresses, paid amounts, and payment states. Include the page heading so it is clear these are Orders across the creator's pages.
Open: /app/sales
Framing: Show the Sales heading and the complete list rows while avoiding any real buyer or payment information
Review payment and platform fees
Open an Order to see its payment information, including the configured product amount, any shown tax, the total, and Reroute’s platform fee.
During the paid-product private beta, the platform fee is:
- 10% on Free; or
- 5% on Creator.
Payment-processing fees are separate. Check the connected Stripe account for the payment-provider details that apply to the transaction.
Check delivery and buyer details
The Order detail separates Payment, Delivery, and Buyer information.
Use Delivery to check what was purchased, whether access is available, and the current fulfilment state. Use Buyer to confirm the email, any provided name, and whether the person gave marketing consent.
A purchase does not automatically grant newsletter permission. Treat the displayed consent state as the source for that separate question.

Capture one fictional paid Order with its amount, platform fee, payment status, product contents, access state, fulfilment state, invented buyer email, marketing-consent state, and the Open payment in Stripe action.

Help a buyer recover access
A buyer can return to Purchases and use the same email address they provided at checkout.
Reroute sends a one-time access code to the buyer’s email when matching purchases exist. After verification, the buyer can review available paid purchases and open their product access.
Ask the buyer to check the email address used at checkout and any spam or promotions folder. Do not ask them to share their one-time access code with you.
Handle refunds and disputes in Stripe
Sales is the operational record for the Order. Refunds, disputes, payouts, and connected-account payment actions are managed in the seller’s Stripe Dashboard.
Open the Stripe link from the Order detail or go to Account payments to reach the connected Stripe account.
If Stripe reports that more information is required, complete those steps in Stripe before relying on new paid checkouts.
If something looks wrong
A free product does not appear in Sales. Open Audience instead. Free delivery creates a Response and, when an email is present, a Contact.
The buyer cannot find the product. Confirm the purchase email, payment status, delivery state, and access state before sending the buyer to Purchases.
The paid product will not appear publicly. Confirm your account was invited to the private beta and that payment setup and required product details are complete.
A refund button is missing. Refunds and disputes are handled in Stripe, not in the Reroute Order screen.
To create or test the product itself, return to Sell a Digital Product.
