Blocks are the individual pieces of content on your page. Each one should help a visitor take a useful next step, whether that means opening a link, watching a video, finding a location, submitting a Form, or downloading a resource.
Start with the visitorโs job
Open Add block in the page editor. Search for a specific item or browse the goal that matches what you want someone to do.
The picker groups suggestions around jobs such as sharing content, growing an audience, selling and delivering, hearing from visitors, and shaping page content.

Capture the Add block picker with the search field, the goal-based browsing groups, and the quick options for Link, Email signup, Digital product, and Image visible. Use an otherwise realistic fictional page.
Open: /app/page?picker=block
Framing: Show the complete picker and enough of the Page editor to make its location obvious
Choose the Block that fits
| Visitor should | Start with |
|---|---|
| Open a website, booking page, shop, or article | Link |
| Ask a question, enquire, or leave details | Form |
| Receive a free resource or buy an invited-Seller product | Digital Product |
| Watch a video | YouTube |
| Listen to music or a podcast | Spotify, Apple Music, or Apple Podcasts |
| Find a physical location | Map |
| See photographs or a visual project | Image |
| Follow a connected social account or see its content | Instagram or Snapchat |
| Read context, answers, or a section title | Text, FAQ, or section heading |
| Group several related Blocks | Collection |
Your social icons stay in the profile header. Use an Instagram or Snapchat Block when the social content itself deserves a dedicated place in the page.
Complete the required content
A new Block can remain unfinished in the editor while you add its details. Until its required information is complete, the public page leaves it out.
For example, a Link needs a destination. A Map needs a location. A Digital Product needs enough product and delivery information for the visitor to use it. Paid products additionally require private-beta access and a completed payment connection.
There is no separate page-level Publish button. A complete Block becomes public after its changes save.

Capture a Link Block before and after its destination is added. Show the missing-information state in the editor and the completed Link visible in the public preview. A two-panel comparison is ideal.
Open: /app/page
Framing: Include the Block card, its content settings, and the matching portion of the preview
Give the Block a specific title
Tell visitors what happens when they open it.
- Use See workshop dates when the destination contains the current schedule.
- Use Download the lighting guide when someone receives that guide.
- Use Ask about a commission when the Block opens an enquiry Form.
A label such as Click here does not explain the result. Match the wording to the destination rather than relying on the surrounding page for context.
Arrange content in priority order
Drag Blocks into the order visitors should encounter them. Put the most important action directly after the profile when possible.
Use a section heading or Collection when several items belong together. Collections can group related content into presentation styles such as a stack, grid, carousel, or showcase.
If 2 Blocks lead to the same action, keep the clearer one. A shorter page with a strong route is more useful than a complete archive of everything you have published.
Control visibility when needed
You can hide a Block while it is not relevant. Some Blocks can also carry a visitor requirement or a timed visibility window.
A lock asks a visitor to complete an action before opening the content. A schedule controls whether the Block is visible at all during a selected time window.
Read Lock or schedule a Block before choosing between them.
Test the complete route
Open the public page from Share rather than checking only the editor.
- Find the main Block without hunting for it.
- Open it on a phone or narrow browser window.
- Confirm the destination, media, location, submission, or download works.
- Remove or move anything that competes with the pageโs main action.
Continue with Create and customise a Form for visitor capture or Sell a Digital Product for free resources and private-beta paid delivery.
