Creator is one plan with 2 billing options. Annual billing costs US$120 per year, equivalent to US$10 per month and US$24 less than 12 monthly payments.
Understand what is currently available
Free Digital Products are generally available. Paid Digital Products are available only to invited Sellers during the private beta, regardless of plan.
Instagram Automations are implemented but public Instagram connections remain unavailable until Meta approves Reroute’s integration. After approval, Free includes 250 successful automation starts per month and Creator includes 10,000.
Wallet passes are not currently available and are not a reason to upgrade.
A paid plan does not bypass provider approval
Creator unlocks plan features, but it does not grant access to an invitation-only paid-product beta or switch on Instagram connections before Meta approval.
Find your current billing details
Open Plan & billing to see your current plan, current price, billing cadence, and any available discount or granted access.
If you have a complimentary Creator grant, the billing screen explains that access separately from a recurring Stripe subscription. A grant does not automatically create a payment or renewal.

Upgrade to Creator
Select Unlock Creator from Account billing or from the feature that requires it.
Choose monthly or annual billing and review the price before completing checkout. After the subscription is active, Creator features become available according to the account’s plan.
Upgrading does not delete existing page content, Contacts, Responses, or design preferences.
Manage payment methods and cancellation
For an active Stripe subscription, select Open Stripe portal in Account billing.
Use the Stripe portal for supported billing actions such as reviewing subscription details, updating payment methods, accessing invoices, or cancelling the subscription.
Read the Stripe confirmation before completing a cancellation. The billing portal shows the timing and terms that apply to that particular subscription.
Choose the plan based on the work
Stay on Free when one page, current audience activity, and the recent Insights report meet your needs.
Creator becomes useful when you need the complete response history, CSV exports, deeper traffic analysis, multiple pages, premium design assets, professional sharing controls, or a lower platform fee on an invited private-beta sale.
