Manage page settings and discovery

Update your page URL, search details, branding, subscriptions, notifications, and connections.

Updated 22 August 2026

Page settings apply to the page you currently have selected. They are different from account settings, which manage your identity, subscription, payment details, and support.

Open Settings to review the current pageโ€™s options.

Understand the Settings sections

SectionWhat belongs there
GeneralPublic page URL and Reroute footer branding
DiscoverySearch title and description
AudienceSubscribe button and response notifications
ConnectionsSupported page integrations and connected-account options
Danger zonePermanent deletion of the selected page

Most page settings save automatically. The page URL uses its own deliberate save action.

Screenshot to add: Page Settings navigation and selected page

Capture the current Settings screen with General, Discovery, Audience, Connections, and Danger zone visible in the section navigation. Show a fictional selected page and the General panel containing the public URL and footer-branding settings.

Open: /app/settings

Framing: Include the Settings section navigation, the current page identity, and the active settings panel

Update the page URL carefully

Open General and locate the page URL field. Choose a short address that matches the creator or business name visitors recognise.

Select Save URL to apply a change. Unlike ordinary appearance adjustments, a new URL changes where your page lives.

Existing links, bookmarks, social profiles, printed QR codes, and previously downloaded sharing assets still point to the old address. Update those placements after a change.

A custom reroute.bio page URL is available on both Free and Creator. Custom domains are not currently supported.

Control page branding

The General section also contains the Reroute footer-branding control.

Free pages show Reroute attribution. Creator can turn that attribution off for the selected page.

The setting applies to one page at a time. Check the public page after changing it so you can see the result a visitor will receive.

Set search and sharing details

Open Discovery to manage the page title and description used by search engines and supported link previews.

Choose a title that identifies the creator or business. Write a short description that explains what a visitor will find after opening the page.

Custom SEO title and description are Creator features. Free pages use Rerouteโ€™s normal generated defaults.

Changing metadata does not guarantee instant changes in Google or social platforms. Those services decide when to revisit and refresh a page.

Screenshot to add: Discovery settings with page title and description

Capture the Discovery section showing the SEO title and description fields for a fictional creator. Include the Creator availability state where applicable and a readable example that describes the page honestly.

Open: /app/settings#seo-metadata

Framing: Show the selected Discovery section, the metadata controls, and the surrounding page identity

Manage subscriptions and notifications

Open Audience to control the public Subscribe button and email notifications for responses.

The Subscribe button lets a visitor deliberately join your updates. An ordinary Form that collects an email address does not automatically create the same marketing consent.

Use the notification setting when you want to know that a new response has arrived. Responses remain available in Audience even when notifications are turned off.

Read Understand subscribers and consent before choosing how to collect signups.

Check your connected accounts

Open Connections to review supported page integrations and account-dependent options.

Instagram Automations are built but public Instagram connections remain unavailable while Reroute awaits Meta approval. A disabled connection does not mean an upgrade will bypass that approval requirement.

For the current setup flow and availability, read Set up an Instagram auto-reply.

Delete only the intended page

The Danger zone permanently deletes the selected page and its associated page content and responses.

Check the active page name before confirming. Deleting one page is different from deleting your entire account.

For account-wide deletion, billing, and managing more than one page, continue with Manage your account and pages.
