Manage your account and pages

Update account details, switch between pages, find support, and understand permanent deletion.

Updated 22 August 2026

Your Reroute account owns your sign-in identity, plan, billing, payment connection, and any pages you create. A page has its own public URL, content, design, audience, Insights, and page settings.

Keeping those 2 levels separate helps you avoid changing or deleting the wrong thing.

Know whether a setting belongs to the account or page

Your plan, subscription, invoices, or payment methodAccount billing
A private-beta seller payment connectionAccount payments

Screenshot to add: Account navigation and current account details

Capture the Account screen for a fictional creator with Profile, Plan & billing, Payments, Support, and Danger zone visible in the section navigation. Show the Profile panel with invented name and email values.

Open: /app/account

Framing: Include the Account section navigation, the editable profile details, and the Save control if it is visible

Update account details

Open Profile to review your account name and email details.

Account form changes use a deliberate Save action. Confirm the change was saved before leaving the page.

Your account name is not automatically the same as every public page’s profile name. Update a page’s public identity in its profile header.

Create and switch between pages

Free includes 1 page. Creator includes up to 5.

Use the page switcher in the product navigation to choose which page you are editing. When your plan allows another page, create one from the page creation action or New page.

Before changing content, checking Insights, or reviewing audience history, confirm that the intended page is selected. Contacts and Responses belong to one page rather than automatically merging across your account.

Screenshot to add: Page switcher with multiple fictional pages

Capture the product's page switcher on a Creator account with 2 or 3 clearly fictional pages, the currently selected page, and the action used to create another page. Do not include real creator handles or email addresses.

Open: /app/page

Framing: Include the page switcher, the selected-page indicator, and the create-page action

Find billing and payment settings

Use Plan & billing for your Reroute subscription.

Use Payments for seller payments connected through Stripe. Paid Digital Products and seller onboarding remain invitation-only during the private beta.

Subscription billing and seller payments are separate. A paid Creator subscription does not automatically make an account eligible for the seller beta.

Get help

Open Support for the available support contact and links to Reroute’s policies.

When asking for help, include the affected page address, the action you attempted, what you expected, and any visible error. Do not send passwords, one-time access codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive account data.

Understand permanent deletion

There are 2 different destructive actions:

  • Delete one page from that page’s Settings. This removes the selected page and its associated content and responses.
  • Delete the account from Account. This cancels active billing and permanently removes the account, its pages, and its associated data.

These actions cannot be undone. Confirm the selected page or account, check any active billing, and export any audience information you need before proceeding.

Check before you leave

  1. Confirm the current page is the one you intended to edit.
  2. Save any account-profile changes.
  3. Check the current plan before creating another page.
  4. Use the correct settings area for page-level or account-level changes.
  5. Review the scope of any permanent deletion before confirming it.

For pricing, plan limits, upgrades, and cancellation, return to Understand plans and billing.
