Your profile header answers the first question a visitor has: whose page is this? Use the same name, image, and useful social accounts they already recognise elsewhere.
Open your profile settings
Open the page editor, then select the profile header at the top of your page. The Content and Socials tools own the information shown in the header. The Design editor owns how that header looks.
Screenshot to add: Profile header tools and public preview
Capture the Page editor with the profile header selected, the Content and Socials tools visible, and a fictional creator's name, photo, bio, and social icons shown in the page preview.
Open: /app/page?panel=profile
Framing: Include the selected profile header, its available tools, and the top of the public-page preview
Add a name people know
Choose the name your audience expects to see after following a social link. This might be your own name, a creator handle, a studio name, or a business name.
Use one clear name rather than combining a name, job title, campaign, and sales pitch in the same field. If a little context is useful, put it in your bio.
The page address and profile name are separate. Changing the display name does not change your public URL.
Write a useful bio
Use the bio to explain what you make, who you help, or what a visitor will find on the page.
A practical bio might say:
Ceramic artist sharing new pieces, studio updates, and workshop dates.
That gives a visitor more context than a string of disconnected roles. Keep it short enough to read comfortably on a phone.
Your first-run checklist considers the profile complete once you have a name plus either a profile image or a bio. Adding both is still useful when they improve recognition.
Choose a profile image
Upload an image that remains recognisable at a small size. A clear portrait, a simple logo, or a consistent business mark usually works well.
After uploading, check the image in the public preview. Important details should remain visible inside the selected crop and header layout.
Use Design when you want to change the header arrangement, photo treatment, or title presentation. Changing those controls does not replace the identity information you entered in Content.
Add the social profiles that matter
Open Socials and add the accounts a visitor should follow or use to confirm they have found the right person.
- Link directly to your own profile rather than a platform homepage.
- Keep active accounts ahead of accounts you no longer update.
- Add only profiles that support the page’s purpose.
- Open every saved link once before sharing the page.
Social icons belong in the profile header. You do not need a separate Block just to show your usual social accounts.
Screenshot to add: Social profile list and matching header icons
Capture the Socials editor with 3 fictional, recognisable profile links and show the corresponding icons in the public header preview. Include the controls used to add and arrange the profiles.
Open: /app/page?panel=socials
Framing: Include the social-link editor and the preview header in the same frame
Check the visitor’s first impression
Open Preview and look only at the first screen.
- Confirm the name and image describe the same person or business.
- Read the bio without assuming you already know the creator.
- Open each social icon and check the destination.
- Make sure the first useful Block is easy to find below the profile.
