1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using reroute at https://reroute.bio (the āServiceā), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (āTermsā). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About reroute
reroute is the link-in-bio for creators. It lets creators publish a Page made from links, media, forms, and other Blocks; understand how visitors engage with it; and collect responses and audience Contacts.
These Terms apply to creators, who hold an account and publish Pages, and to visitors, including people who submit a response or subscribe through a creatorās Page.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the Pages you publish.
- You can delete your account from account settings. Account deletion cancels any active reroute subscription and permanently removes your Pages, responses, Contacts, and stored files from our active systems, subject to records we must retain by law and limited provider backups or logs.
4. Plans, Billing & Cancellation
- reroute offers a Free plan and paid Creator plans billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Current prices and plan limits are shown before purchase.
- You can cancel a paid plan through your billing settings. Unless the billing portal tells you otherwise, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, including under the Australian Consumer Law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change plan pricing or limits from time to time. If a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice and apply the change from a future billing period.
5. Creator Pages & Content
- You keep ownership of the content you publish or upload, including profile information, text, images, audio, files, links, and Block settings.
- You grant reroute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Creator Pages are public. Do not publish confidential information or content you do not want visitors to access or share.
- Links, embeds, products, services, bookings, and offers promoted through a creatorās Page are provided by the creator or a third party, not by reroute. The creator is responsible for their description, delivery, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.
6. Responses, Contacts & Subscriptions
If you submit a response or subscribe:
- You keep ownership of the text, files, voice recordings, and other content you submit.
- By submitting, you grant reroute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and deliver that content as needed to operate the Service.
- You give the creator permission to view, download, and use your submission for the purpose presented on the form, subject to applicable law and any additional creator terms linked on the Page.
- If you provide an email address, reroute may create or update a Contact in that creatorās audience. You are treated as subscribed only when you take an action that asks to receive updates.
- You confirm that your submission does not infringe anyone elseās rights and does not contain unlawful, harmful, hateful, or defamatory material.
If you run a creator Page:
- You are responsible for the fields you ask visitors to complete and for having any notices, consent, or lawful basis required to collect and use their information.
- You may use response and Contact data only for the stated purpose, any additional terms you present, and as permitted by applicable privacy, spam, and consumer laws.
- You must honour unsubscribe requests and must not treat a Contact as subscribed unless they have asked to receive updates.
- You must not use reroute to collect highly sensitive or regulated information unless you have the legal authority, appropriate safeguards, and any required agreements to do so.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or another personās rights;
- Publish or submit unlawful, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or defamatory content;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or another account;
- Use reroute to send spam, run deceptive promotions, or collect personal data without an appropriate purpose or legal basis;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, products, or services;
- Interfere with the Service, bypass limits or security controls, or reverse-engineer any part of it except where the law permits.
We may remove content, limit access, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for reroute, our users, or others.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from creators, respondents, subscribers, and visitors, how we use it, and the choices they have.
9. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe, and the Service relies on other providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Creator Pages may also contain links, embeds, maps, wallet passes, or other third-party features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and reroute is not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We may add, change, limit, or remove features over time. The Service is provided on an āas availableā basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the Service and other users.
11. Intellectual Property
reroute and its licensors own the Service, including its software, branding, design, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and may not copy, resell, or redistribute it except where we expressly allow it.
Feedback you choose to give us may be used to improve reroute without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided āas isā and āas availableā without warranties of any kind except those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, reroute and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify reroute and its owners against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your Page, your products or services, your use of response or Contact data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to creators where appropriate and posted on this page with a new āLast updatedā date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
